She is the published author of the "Nurses Guide to Infection Control Practice" with E. Jacqueline Kirkus. Her professional memberships include: American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), American Management Association (AMA), DDI Facilitator Network, International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Institute for Sustainability, and NJAWBO (New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners) where she is Past State President (2009-2010).
