Mastermind groups bring people together in small groups to fine tune the skills they've just learned. Our mastermind groups are focused on the continuing development of each individuals newly developed performance skills. 
 
Where appropriate, assessments, behavior profiles or DiSC Action Planners are used to help participants take the insights gained from DiSC assessments and development programs and apply them to business applications.
