Road Map to Success

--- A self-directed life development process, for youth, college seniors and adults in transition seeking a future of success and excellence

The difference in this program is that it provides competitive edge insights that can be applied.
 Applied knowledge is POWER!

It takes more than good grades, athletic ability, scholarship money, and job opportunities to succeed today.  It takes a steel core of self-esteem, self-confidence and leadership skills that they can draw from when they face the tough decisions demanded in life.  This is what will give them life-long personal and professional success you and they desire.

By investing in the positive things that young people, college seniors and adults who are in transition need, you get higher involvement as these individuals become healthy and contributing members of families, communities, work places, and society.

These individuals come away with positive attitudes because they've developed their interpersonal skills , knowledge, and solid goal focus leading to positive behavior change, and improved performance for themselves, both short and long term.

Using a three-fold performance model they learn self-leadership skills at the most critical times of their lives -- high school, their beginning college years, or during a transition phase of their lives.  The individuals learn to embrace the processes and tools that will enable them to achieve their goals and become positive contributors to their community.  By defining the end result using a variety of predetermined benchmarks, a positive return on investment is directly realized.

Road Map to Success - Youth "In Action" Process

Did you know that by the 3rd to 7th grade, about 65% of a young persons confidence and self-esteem has eroded, and by college this increases to 80%?

Think about it, your teen may be in the last years of high school and thinking about college or perhaps, with the help of a college planning coach they're on their way to college but now what?  Will they successfully deal with the realities of college life without Mom and Dad there?

It's a fact.  Today's high school and upcoming college students:

  • are used to personal attention and success
  • are used to structured, scheduled lives
  • are used to being catered to
  • are goal and achievement oriented
  • have high expectations
  • expect rewards, feedback, results
  • make decisions jointly with their parents

So how are they supposed to:

  • balance a growing social life with getting good grades
  • handle social pressures
  • deal with exposure to drugs, drinking, etc.
  • make the "right" choices
  • manage their time
  • communicate their concerns effectively
  • handle their new independence

It was hard when we were in their shoes and it's even harder now.  If you want peace of mind (and theirs), help your emerging young adult by giving them the skills they need NOW to help them transition to the new world opening up to them.

Road Map To Success for College Students and Adults in Transition produces results you can see in the areas of goal oriented decision making, social confidence, self-confidence, improved time management, improved conflict resolution, and the ability to close the gaps between your goals and dreams.
